Whiteboard Video                                                                             Training Delivery

A process where a creative story and storyboard with pictures is drawn on a whiteboard (or something that resembles a whiteboard) by artists who record themselves in the process of their artwork. It is used in TV and internet advertising to communicate messages in a unique way.

VuMedi                                                                       Knowledge Management and Share

A powerful video education platform for doctors and industry professionals used to teach procedures and reasoning behind decisions made by physicians during surgery. This platform also gives the opportunity to provide adult learning concepts to med device representatives from the surgeon viewpoint.

Video role-play offers all of the benefits of traditional training role play methods while reducing costs, increasing accessibility, and providing a platform through which employees can practice safely and comfortably bringing out their best performance.

Training calendar that incorporates interactive infographics that allow for team members to pick a training event and how they want to access it. Choices range from live training to webinar to virtual to recorded on-demand events

Training Outcomes                                                            Evaluating Learning Impact

Outcome evaluation focuses on the effect the training had on learners and their organizations. Determining the results achieved through training and whether the desired effects were obtained are elements of outcome evaluation.

  • Reactions are confirmed by survey at end of class or program

    • NSM 2018 Survey Results 98.5% positive on sales model kickoff training session

  • Learning is measured pre/post training testing to assess competency

    • Sales model retention rate from 2018 NSM at 91.8% based off of post training assessment at 30 days 

  • Transfer of knowledge evaluated post 2018 NSM

    • Teach-back method utilized to substantiate transfer of knowledge​

      • Managers required to train districts on selling model; required solid foundation of knowledge of sales model to "teach"​

  • Results evaluated by sales growth or decline

    • Measured at pre-NSM specified date (baseline), 30 days, 90 days,180 days

  • Follow-up training at 180 to 240 days using same Kirkpatrick assessment of outcomes

  • Align KCI legacy with 3M legacy Vendor credentialing programs

  • Created one streamlined self-serve vendor credentialing system that saved 3M $250k per year

Integrity Selling Launch

  • Designed launch program for 1,000 sales reps to initiate a new selling skills program for KCI

  • Created Sustainment program for Integrity Selling to include multiple learning modalities

  • Designed and launched a Virtual Selling Pilot Program supported by Integrity Selling to increase the access and amount of sales calls for field sales teams

  • Designing Virtual Selling Launch program for approximately 1,500 sales representatives
